This was WAY better than staying at a hotel. Super cute, super clean, and you have access to everything you need. The hosts are very responsive. The downtown scene is definitely 'close', but at a little over 2 miles, you have to decide if that's walkable. Kudos to Knoxville that the parking garages downtown are only 1 per hour until 6pm! The only thing to be aware of is that, since you are on the bottom level of a home, you will hear sound from above. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you!!!

Clean, well-appointed, well-maintained, comfortable. Good central location--seems like nothing was more than 15 minutes away. Check-in and out were easy and communication was great.Family of three spent a week here while visiting family. Our 12-yr old was comfortable on the fold-out.The couple of issues (absolutely not under the owners' control) were addressed quickly and appropriately.We would absolutely stay here again.
