Beautiful historic property in an adorable neighborhood! Home was well decorated, good layout/space and super comfortable! Close to downtown and all of the activities and restaurants there. Eddie communicated well! Hope to stay there again.

House was wonderful! Great communication from owner. House was pet friendly and kitchen was equipped with everything to cook, bathroom had plenty of towels, soap etc. house was very clean, in a wonderful neighborhood! Host checked in on everything and was very quick to respond. Would definitely recommend and rent again. Thank you!

Great central location for all parts of Knoxville. House was very clean and had excellent supplies. Owner was very helpful. We would stay again at this property.
