The house overall is a very nice home! For the most part everything was clean. The main floor was a lil dirty but we were told the previous renters left the same day so maybe the cleaners didn’t have enough time, due to our early check in as well. We didn’t have wash cloths there were only makeup remover cloths. People live in the basement permanently which we learned after we arrived. Home is very spacious and very nice decor! Overall we had a great stay

The home has lovely charm. It should be disclosed in the listing that they rent out the basement for other tenants. When we arrived we noticed the back door was unlocked. There was trash in the kitchen trash can. We did let the owner know about the trash. We also noticed a great deal of tree debris on the back deck. We were able to clear this area out. But it was not easy to get to the blower from the shed as it was stored up on a top shelf. The washing machine is very handy to have, but it has mold in the door as it is a front loading washer.
