Experience the ultimate beachfront escape in our stunning oceanfront condo, offering breathtaking views of the beach, ocean, and vibrant sunrises! Located on the 4th floor and easily accessible via two elevators, this condo is designed for your comfort and convenience. Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with a sofa bed, and a private bedroom with a queen bed. Enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer, ensuring your family's needs are effortlessly met. The condo provides a full bathroom. Step outside to discover a wealth of amenities, including a beachside gym, a refreshing pool, and a BBQ area perfect for grilling. Additional features include free parking on the premises and street parking. We provide dish soap, laundry soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, and toilet paper to ensure a premium and hassle-free family bonding experience.
Guest Access:
As my guests, you will have complete access to the entire condo, private lanai (balcony), beachside gym and pool, beachside picnic area and bbq, lawn chairs and the beach. Access to your condo is by two secured elevators. There is free parking for 1 car in a designated stall with additional parking available on the street.
The Neighborhood:
Nestled right on the oceanfront, this condo offers immediate access to a beach protected by a reef, ideal for snorkeling in calm waters. Within a half-block, you'll find a variety of dining options including a Shrimp Truck, Thai Food Truck, Burger Food Truck, Vietnamese Pho Food Truck, a Hawaiian Ice stand, and a convenience store with a local food counter. Just a short drive away (less than 5 miles) is the Polynesian Cultural Center, a major attraction offering world-class entertainment. For your convenience, Longs drugstore and several grocery stores are also nearby. For those seeking larger waves, Laie Beach Park is only five minutes away. Explore further to discover the Turtle Bay Resort Golf Courses and renowned North Shore surfing beaches a short distance away. Guest have a private parking space not far from the elevators. There is also a bus stop just steps away that will take you around the island and directly to all of the most popular, world-famous beaches.

The room we was just as pictured, the a/c was only a portable unit. First night was warm, but fans helped. Beach was great! Breakwaters are way out and it’s a great place to be in the water. They are still working on the exterior of the building and parking lot. Parking was somewhat of an issue and inconvenience, but we survived. Once construction is complete this place will be 5 stars. I would consider coming back, this time with the grandkids.

We spent five nights at this VRBO in Punalu’u and absolutely loved it! The location was perfect—quiet, peaceful, and right on the beach. Most of the time we had the beach all to ourselves, which made it feel like our own little paradise. The property was comfortable, well-kept, and made for a relaxing stay. It was exactly what we were looking for in a getaway, and we’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend.

The condo was “as shown” on the website. The major drawback was the construction at the complex which we were informed about and aware of before arrival. When on site things appeared chaotic and disjointed. Found out the evening we arrived that there would be no water available the following day for 7 hours. Changed our original plan, to be out of the unit due to no plumbing. Parking was limited due to construction and had to park off site when no spaces remained. Also pool was closed with no communication of that before or during arrival. In our unit the hot water was not reliable. Bedding could use an update, worn and stained in places.
