This beautifully refreshed bluestone cottage blends heritage character with airy, contemporary interiors. Crisp white finishes, warm timber floors and carefully chosen furnishings create a relaxed yet sophisticated atmosphere, while thoughtful details make it easy to settle in.
At the heart of the home, the light-filled living area invites you to unwind on comfortable seating with a Smart TV, streaming apps, Bluetooth speaker and WiFi. Split-system air conditioning keeps things comfortable year-round. The adjoining kitchen makes everyday cooking effortless, with an oven, dishwasher, and coffee machine alongside other essentials. Gather around the six-seater dining table for shared meals before opening the glass doors to the covered alfresco area. Here, a BBQ, outdoor dining setting and private swimming pool with sun loungers create an inviting space for sunny afternoons.
Three inviting bedrooms offer restful spaces to retreat. The front bedroom has a king bed, decorative heritage fireplace, walk-in wardrobe and air conditioning. Upstairs, a queen bedroom enjoys natural light from a skylight, walk-in storage and a private ensuite. The main family bathroom offers a bathtub for relaxing soaks. Separate from the main cottage, the poolside studio offers additional privacy with a king bed, ensuite and air conditioning.
Parking accommodates three vehicles, with one front off-street space and a rear-access double garage for two cars, subject to a 1.85m height restriction.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.
$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.
CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.
LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
