What a lovely vacation home in a cute resident owned community! The house was clean and smelled great upon arrival. Beds were super comfortable. Host was very communicative. The golf cart made utilizing the amenities fun and easy. 10 minutes away from SPI, but Port Isabel was also charming with lots to see and do. Great location all around. This house gets A LOT of natural light so I do recommend bringing a sleeping mask if you plan on sleeping in. The washer and dryer were new and easy to use. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bathrooms had nice toilet paper and toiletries. The living room was super spacious with very comfy seating. There were also several board and table top games for us to play.Great host. Great location. Tons of extras. A property! We hope to be back soon!

The whole set up of the house was perfect. We had a blast. The pool and recreational area was definitely a bonus, and the golf cart was great to get around on, on the village. Neighbors were nice and it was a quiet atmosphere. We caught lots of fish and plan on booking again next year.Thank you
