About this cottage rental
Welcome to Costa Bella Sea Cottage! Beautiful sea cottage and newly remodeled is perfect for your vacation getaway. Enjoy the amenities at LIV including indoor & outdoor pools, hot tubs, a challenging 18 hole-par 3 Golf Course, tennis, shuffle board, putt-putt golf, restaurant and so much more!
Guests must check in at the Long Island Village between 9am-5pm to pay for their vehicle passes (two vehicles max) and wristbands. This is an $90 fee that will be paid directly to the Long Island Village
The space
we just remodeled everything on the sea cottage. It has new furniture , new floors, new bathrooms and new appliances But it does not have a washer and dryer in the sea cottage. LIV does have a community washer and dryer location by the pool. If you go to longislandvillage.com it will show you pictures of the gym, pool, golf course, etc.

Loved the location as its just a quick 5 minutes over the bridge to get to the beach. Plenty near by to do and eat without going to the other side if its busy. Great waterway access with a private dock. Had a great time fishing with the kids and even caught a nice 24" Red fish. 15~20 minute boat ride to the end of the Jetties by Boca Chica/south padre. Will absolutely be back to this location.

The other reviews about how clean the house is are very accurate. The house appears to have been recently renovated and the finishing are perfect. Very nice, not a cheap job. Owner communication was quick, friendly and accommodating. I will not stay anywhere else in Port I or SPI again. Highly recommend

The duplex was lovely and so clean. We enjoyed the LIV amenities and the quiet community. Beds were so comfortable and neighbors were welcoming. Definitely stay here for a restful retreat off the beach, while still getting the ocean community vibes.
