About this house rental
Natural, green and very quiet single-storey house, of 120 m2 on 1400 m2 of garden, with a large parking lot, welcomes you with great pleasure for a rejuvenating holiday: Anapausis & Anesis (in Greek).
Geographically, it is located in the south of Gironde, 30 minutes from Arcachon and Bordeaux, 1h10 from Bayonne and 1h30 from the Spanish border.
It is also positioned at the crossroads of many high quality environmental sites: 30 minutes from the Pyla dune, 30' from the Basin, 150 meters from the wild Mios-Bazas cycle path, 3' from the Leyre river and its gallery forest which leads in 3h30 of gentle descent to the port of Le Teich (4-seater canoe DAG available on the ground), 20' from the lake of Hostens and 30' from the lake of Cazaux-Sanguinet.
It is also close (7' walk) to the city center with all amenities: restaurants, shops, supermarkets, doctors, pharmacy, media library etc...
You can take advantage of our own equipment to bask in the day: wood-fired stone barbecue, plancha, Apple TV, Canal+, deckchairs to read in the shade in the garden, badminton net and rackets, small vegetable garden with aromatic herbs, tomatoes, melons, peppers and physalis.
This house, including children, accommodates 6 guests divided into 3 bedrooms, one of which has a shower; one room overlooking the south garden is far from the others.
There are many facilities in an open-plan kitchen: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, toaster...
The only thing we wish you is to feel good there and to follow Tristan BERNARD's advice: "Too much rest has never made anyone die".
