The Arcidiacono estate is an old farmhouse built in the late 19th century and recently renovated to provide all rooms with the highest level of modern comfort.
The first floor of the building is at your disposal; it consists of an 80-square-meter independent apartment with air conditioning and heating in all rooms, laid out as follows:
- Spacious bedroom with a double bed and a single bed
- Spacious living room with a sofa (which converts to a sofa bed if needed), built-in cabinetry, and a flat-screen TV
- Hallway leading to the bathroom
- Bathroom featuring a toilet, bidet, sink, and spacious shower stall with hydromassage jets
- Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need
- Utility room with washing machine and sink, connecting to the outdoor area
- Characteristic courtyard with antique cisterns and seating for outdoor lunches and dinners in complete privacy
- Spacious paved outdoor area with a barbecue
- Access to the sun terrace overlooking the building
- 20,000 square meters of surrounding land planted with vineyards, olive groves, chestnut groves, citrus groves, and various fruit trees
