About this villa rental
Detached villa with direct access to the sea. The beach is characterized by Posidonia. The villa features:
1 terrace with a view of the entire coastline, featuring a hot tub with hot water, a shower, and lounge chairs;
1 veranda with a relaxation area overlooking the sea;
1 dining or game table that seats up to 10 people.
The interior of the villa is laid out as follows:
• A fully equipped kitchen with all appliances;
• 1 lounge area with a sofa bed;
• 1 double bedroom with a private bathroom;
• 1 quadruple bedroom consisting of 1 double bed and a bunk bed, with a private bathroom complete with a shower;
In addition, the veranda features:
• 1 outdoor bathroom with sink, bidet, and toilet;
• 1 covered outdoor room with a shower;
• 1 outdoor shower on the beach.
We would like to inform our guests that access to the beach may not be guaranteed by the property due to rough seas and adverse weather conditions. Given the house’s location, right on the seashore, we feel it’s important to mention this!
