Thank you for your interest in our vacation rental! As part of our HOA’s requirements, all guests must complete a background check, this is a seamless process conducted electronically when you complete the rental agreement. 50% deposit is required upon completion and approval of the rental agreement and background check.
1. Check-in/Check-out: Adhere to specified times. Late check-outs or early arrivals require prior host approval.
2. No Smoking: Smoking/vaping is prohibited indoors.
3. No Parties or Events
4. Guest Limit: Only the number of guests listed in the booking is allowed.
5. Respect Property: Treat the home and belongings with care. Report any damage or issues promptly.
6. Cleanliness: Leave the deep cleaning to us but please complete any tidy up tasks in the agreement.
7. No Illegal Activities: Comply with local laws, including no drug use or other illegal behavior.
8. Noise Control: Respect neighbors by keeping noise levels low, especially during quiet hours (10 PM to 7 AM).
9. Safety and Security: Follow safety guidelines, like locking doors, not sharing access codes, and using appliances correctly.
