About this house rental

Single level , open floorplan with no stairs! Spacious bedrooms, sleeps 6. Private heated pool, lanai patio. Private dock and boat lift for the boaters convenience! Fully furnished, with all the amenities you will need. Just bring your sunblock and tooth brush! 2 Bicycles and 3 Kayaks for guest use.

The property is exactly as described. Pictures did not do it justice. It was so nicely appointed. All you would need is there. It is warm, inviting and comfortable . The patio and pool area (with floats, toys, plenty of seating ) and a grill. The location is also very good. It is near Rotary Park(I walked there each morning). grocery store and anything else you would need is just a short drive. Absolutely lovely neighborhood. Jeff and Susie were the best. Touched base with us the morning after we arrived. Check out was the best I have ever experienced. Easy Peasy! Thank you so much Happy Pelican for a wonderful week. We will return.

Clean, attentive owners who always were available to answer questions. The use of the boat lift was a bonus. Great layout for a family. Great location close to dining.

Our stay was so much fun! Clean, fun and had everything at the house plus some. I left allot there for the next family. I would recommend this house to anyone. Five stars for sure! We will definitely be back.
