Great house! We really our stay in this villa. The house was just like the pictures, or maybe even better. The kitchen was well equipped and the pool area very nice. We did loads of barbecues and just hung out by the pool. Can definitively recommend this property for a nice and comfortable holiday in Cape Coral

The home was just like the photos which is good (doesn't always happen with short-term rentals).
Furnishings and beds were good.
We do recommend that the host place the basics in the home, such as dishwashing soap, etc.--makes for an easier stay with the basics provided.

This would be a nice house however needs a lot of work! Pool does not work. If u turn the hot tub on it drains! Electrical problems at check in. These r a few of the problems. Talked to owner with no results! Upon leaving found Black mold in closets!
