The home was very clean and the service was excellent. Being able to enjoy the pool overlooking the lake was a great way to relax.

When traveling and renting there's a certain level of expectation that you cannot transfer directly from home...that's understood. Having done this vacation process/method many times before I can comparison report. The home was very nice and aesthetically appealing for the most part. However, there were some unexpected annoyances that diminished the stay. 1) Dishwasher was inop the whole stay. When going to use it on day 1 discovered the latch was broken; door would not close thus dishwasher no go. Not a big deal...I've hand washed dishes and can't complain about that chore. Except there was literally no hot water at the sink. I tried all I've ever known about handle positioning...no hot water! So, lots of soap, drive on. Annoying! 2) Garage door opener inop. Discovered this at first use, day 1. Ok, found batteries, replaced, all good. 3) Master bathroom - two sinks, great! One sink had no water pressure or hot water...oh well. 4) Pool, awesome. Cold. Ok, heater, right? Yep, use an app, even better. Except it never heated up enough to enjoy. I'm betting I'll pay for it running most of the time to try to get there. Annoyance...for sure. Again, nice place, but annoying. Vacationing shouldn't include all these nit noid annoyances. Hasn't been that way in the past renting these homes in this area.
