Gîte on two levels Ground Floor : Entrance to a small room with kitchen area. Upstairs via a spiral staircase to the bedroom with 1 double bed. Shower room with toilet. Adjoining terrace. Laundry room with toilet. Bed and bathroom linen provided. Charges included. Weekly rental from Sunday to Sunday preferably. Capacity : 2 people No Wifi in Casaou but a few meters near the owner's house. Independent bastidon, full of charm. This little Provençal nest will delight lovers during their stay... Panoramic view. Garden, terrace, private parking. Located in a preserved rural property on 4 ha (horticulture, olive grove, forest, donkey). Ideally located between the sea and the first mountains of the French Riviera, the village of La Colle sur Loup is a very pleasant tourist resort 30 minutes from Nice and less than an hour from the ski resorts of the Préalpes d'Azur. This ancient city still retains its medieval castle including a 12th century priory, transformed into a restaurant and popular with gourmets. Its lively shopping streets are highly sought after by vacationers for decoration boutiques, antiques and good restaurants with Mediterranean cuisine.
