We would be delighted to welcome you to our mansion dating from 1880, carefully renovated by family for more than a year to receive you in this unique place that combines the charm and elegance of the past with the discreet luxury of modern comfort.
In the heart of the Vendée Bocage and the town of Montournais, only 25 minutes from the famous Puy du Fou Park, and 200m from the small local shops, our 10-person cottage offers you an authentic getaway ideal for memorable stays with family or friends. The property is fully privatized and is surrounded by an enclosed and shaded garden of 1500m2 and a closed barn with a barbecue, parasols, deckchairs, a table tennis table.
The house is spread over 4 levels (a games room with TV, table football, bar and laundry/toilet in the basement, the kitchen and living room on the first floor, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the 1st floor and 2 other bedrooms and 1 bathroom/toilet on the 2nd floor.
The bedrooms are very comfortable. These 4 carefully appointed rooms, between 2 and 3 people maximum per room, including a bedroom with a bathtub and a sink
The bed bases and mattresses are new and come from the "Capri Week-end" range selected by France Literie, the perfect solution for a firm mattress that adapts perfectly to any type of morphology.
The duvets and pillows are also new and manufactured by the French company "Petit Meunier" offering soft and modular comfort.
