This thoughtfully designed apartment features:
- A light-filled open-plan living area with vaulted ceilings, a smart TV, prints by local artists and automatic blinds
- A sleek, fully equipped kitchen with quality appliances and a dining nook
- 2 cozy bedrooms with king-sized beds and direct access to a small balcony, heaters & TVs
- A modern bathroom with walk-in rain shower, dual washer/dryer and heated flooring
- A large picture window seat with spectacular mountain and golf course views — perfect for reading or relaxing with a coffee
Stylish premium furnishings, soft lighting, and functional layout make it ideal for short getaways or longer stays.
Below the apartment there is an art gallery / home / food & coffee shop called Winnies Studio! We welcome you to join us for 1 free coffee per person during your stay.
Please note, this property includes stairs and may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues.
BEDDING CONFIGURATION:
Bedroom 1: 1 King Sized Bed, wall mounted heaters, spacious cupboard, balcony access and automatic blinds
Bedroom 2: 2 Single Sized Beds (can be made into 1 Super King Sized Bed), wall mounted heaters, spacious cupboard, balcony access and automatic blinds
*Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival if you’d like an alternate bed setup. A $100 fee per bed applies for changes made after check-in.
Baby Accessories:
We can provide a porta cot, high chair and baby bath on request for a one-time fee of $50. Please notify us at least 3 days before arrival.
Please note: There is on-going construction in the area due to the constantly growing neighbourhood, this should not affect your stay as the construction will not take place outside of work hours and the apartment is very well sound proofed.

- Queenstown town centre – 20 minutes
Alternatively, local bus services connect Jack’s Point to Frankton and Queenstown.

No pets, parties, smoking/vaping indoors and absolutely NO glitter.

We had a fantastic stay at Winnies Apartment. The apartment was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for the week. The host was warm, responsive, and made check-in and check-out very smooth.
