Escape to this delightful 3-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom chalet, nestled in a peaceful setting perfect for your next getaway. Comfortably sleeping up to 6 guests, the home features 1 queen bed and 2 king beds—ideal for couples, families, or friends looking to relax and recharge.
Inside, enjoy a cozy living room with a fireplace, an updated kitchen with modern appliances, and convenient amenities like a hair dryer and heating to make your stay feel just like home.
Step outside to unwind in the private hot tub or gather around the propane firepit on the deck. A wood-burning firepit in the yard offers the perfect spot for s’mores and stargazing.
Enjoy all the community has to offer—including a swimming pool, playgrounds, sports courts, and a sandy beach. You can even launch your water toys directly on beautiful Lake Wallenpaupack!

**Pet Policy
Service Animals & ESAs (Emotional Support Animals)
We gladly welcome service dogs as defined by the ADA. These are dogs individually trained to perform tasks for people with disabilities. Under federal and Pennsylvania law, they are permitted in all public spaces, including this listing.
Please note:
• You are not required to show certification, but the dog must be under control at all times.
• We may ask if the dog is required due to a disability and what task it has been trained to perform (as allowed by law).
Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are not covered by the ADA for public access. While ESAs are protected under the Fair Housing Act, they are not automatically allowed in short-term vacation rentals lunless permitted by the host and will require a $100 non-refundable pet fee.
** Please note this is a private community. Maximum occupancy is set by township law and community regulation in line with state fire code regulations. It includes infants and children and cannot be adjusted. You will need to fill out a rental contract and agree to the community and house rules. This will need to be completed and signed, (to include the names, ages, addresses and relationships to you for all of your guests) for entrance into the community. This will need to be completed within 72 hours of your arrival or the community will assess a $100 late fee that you will be responsible for. Any violations will be subject to citations from the community and possible eviction from the property. It will be sent to you by our property manager upon booking. You may not exceed the max amount of people allowed and there are no more than 4 cars allowed in the driveway. No other guests can visit the lot while you are there. Items provided in the home to include games, appliances etc. are subject to change without notice.****

House was clean. Hot tub was amazing. Everything was as stated. There was plenty of dishes and utensils but you might need different supplies if you plan to cook in the kitchen. Would gladly stay again.

Great location to downtown Hawley bars and from a race we ran at Pocono Plateau. The hot tub was a nice way to relax in the evening.
