We stayed here with 2 families and a combined 5 kids (ages 6 to 11). This place was perfect because the kids were well entertained in the basement and the adults got to hang out on the main floor. The house is newer and very clean, beds were all comfortable and we had a great time. We brought a blue tooth speaker to listen to music which was a nice addition. We would definitely stay here again if we do another trip to Edmonton!
