Property was clean. Was about 10 minutes drive to West Edmonton Mall. I liked that there was an Anytime Fitness near by.

It was a great fit for a family of 5. Our trip was short in duration with a trip to the west Ed Waterpark as our primary reason for visiting. Although we never used the nearby shopping facilities… they are conveniently situated within a minute of so car ride.

There were quite a few things that were not accurate. No bbq no a/c tv not working broken window no key in box no hair dryer no yard broken light fixture it was so hot we had to rent another place for a few nights they did come eventually to mow the lawn and sign into netflix and fix hanging light
