Disturbance:
Please let us know if you are disturbed by the other unit's guest below or if our rules are broken as we maintain a no noise policy and quiet hours need to be strictly followed.

Please restrict your kids from running on the main floor, directly above the basement floor. We have ascertained that the upper floor/upstairs will be best or outside. There a play ground near by the kids will love.

This neighborhood is peaceful, it has a walkable sanctuary, and a central pond nearby, expansive parks.

Landscaping:
-This home is new and landscaping and the deck has not been completed. If you have kids that needs to play outside, please have this in mind when booking. There is a play ground nearby that is walkable.
House Keeping:
If staying more than 1 week, there is mandatory housekeeping where our cleaners have to be granted access to clean up the property. For maintenance, and making sure everything stays fresh for you.
Basement:
Please note that you are booking one out of a 2 unit home, the basement is occupied by another guests. Our ask is for all guests to be respectful and considerate to follow our house rules, the city of Edmonton's as well and to avoid making noise.

-ID Verification Exception: Those who stayed with us before, and we missed giving a review, you are welcome to stay. Please when sending a request, advise us that you are a returning guest from another listing.
Unauthorized Guest: No unauthorized guests allowed. Fine is $50 per person, per day charge.
Disturbing Neighbours: Please be advised that we would have no option but to terminate your stay if you disturb the neighborhood (the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, we want to keep it that way).
Check Out:
Please unauthorized late checkout attracts a $50 fee per hour, as we pay our cleaners per hour, if cleaning get delayed and it inconveniences the next guest, we would have no option but to pass on the cost to you.
