Once a predominantly industrial area, it has transformed into one of the city's trendiest spots, offering a mix of upscale restaurants, boutique shops, and cozy cafes. Popular attractions include the Nashville Farmers' Market, the iconic red-brick buildings, and the historic Germantown Café.

The Gulch: 1.8 Miles
BNA: 9.3 Miles
Walkability: There are coffee shops, a grocery store and a pub within walking distance, but we find taking a quick Uber to be the most expedient!

Ride Shares are readily available at all times of the day!

PARKING: Two designated parking spaces are provided in separate covered carports (one per unit). While two compact cars can fit in a single carport, larger vehicles may find the space restrictive. Additional street parking is available on Rev Enoch Drive between 10th and 11th Streets - please observe posted signage to avoid towing restrictions.
