TWO neighboring 4-bed/4-bath townhouses w/stunning rooftop views! Perfect for large groups, business retreats, or multi-gen family getaways. Each space has fully equipped kitchens, luxurious beds, hotel amenities, & smart TVs. Located just minutes from downtown, $5-$10 Uber/Lyft to Broadway. 1 Mile from Top Golf! Ideal for groups seeking individual space, with the option to designate one house as the quiet retreat & the other for lively gatherings or however you choose!
The Space:
Each (adjacent) townhouse is three floors along with two rooftop patios! There are enough beds for large groups and families of up to 20. The kitchens have all new appliances and are stocked with cooking supplies, dishes, and coffee makers. The living rooms are very spacious and equipped with large TVs, perfect for watching big games or spending time with your group during your stay. These townhouses are centrally located and a quick Uber/Lyft ride to wherever you want to go!
**PLEASE NOTE: Absolutely NO decorations may be adhered to the walls, fixtures or furniture. Failure to follow this will result in a fine!

We just ask that all decorations are removed before you check out. Have fun with it!
🎉 Gatherings & Visitors Our house is designed as a peaceful retreat, so we ask that the property not be used as a hub for outside visitors or rotating guests. We want everyone — including our neighbors — to enjoy the space!
🤫 Quiet Hours We have wonderful neighbors, and we'd love to keep it that way! Please help us by keeping outdoor noise to a considerate level during quiet hours. Thank you!
🚭 Smoke-Free Property To keep our space fresh and comfortable for every guest, we ask that there be no smoking inside or within 25 feet of the property. If you smoke outdoors, please keep windows and doors closed. Please note that a $500 fee applies if smoke is detected indoors.
🛠️ Accidents Happen! We truly mean it — we get it! If something breaks or gets damaged during your stay, please just let us know. We appreciate your honesty and it always makes a big difference. No need to stress — just a quick message is all it takes!
🧼 Leaving the Space Our cleaning team works incredibly hard, and we're so grateful for them! The standard cleaning fee covers a normal turnover, so we ask that you leave the space in a reasonably tidy condition out of respect for their time and effort. Our check-out instructions (found in this welcome book) make it easy — just follow those and you're all set. We appreciate you helping us keep things country-cool, classy, and cozy! 🌿
⏰ Early Check-In & Late Check-Out Want to arrive a little earlier or linger a little longer? Early check-in (from 8:00 a.m.) and late check-out (until 5:00 p.m.) may be available — just send us a message ahead of time to check availability for your dates. A small fee applies for approved requests, and availability is limited, so the sooner you ask, the better!
🧳 Luggage Drops Unfortunately, we aren't able to accommodate luggage drops outside of your check-in window. We recommend Luggage Hero, Stow Station, or other luggage storage options nearby — they're super convenient and easy to use!

Located in Nashville’s newest up-and-coming neighborhood. Very close to many bars, restaurants, grocery stores, liquor stores, fitness & shopping. Only a short Uber to Marathon Village and popular destination neighborhoods The Gulch, 12 South, midtown and less than 3 miles from Bridgestone Arena and the honky-tonks of Broadway
Getting Around:
Our home comes with a single car garage, and free on-street parking. Lyft and Ubers are both readily available and very cheap options to get wherever you'd like to go!
Other Things to Note:
** While staying with us, PLEASE make sure ALL doors are shut and locked when not in use! PLEASE do not leave any valuables in your vehicle if parked on the street. Nashville is a BIG city so please make sure to be vigilant with our property and yours!!
**Please note: Guests who stay 3 weeks or longer will incur an additional cleaning fee of $400. This is NOT included in the pricing you see, but will be an additional add-on fee!
Interaction with Guests:
We pride ourselves on responding as quickly as possible to our guests. We also have the capability of providing add-on optional concierge services by request, and can facilitate anything from a stocked refrigerator to in home chefs. We are off-site but on-call!

Great setup for a large group. Had everything we needed even though we didn't spend a lot of time there. Was convenient to everything with a short drive or walk to a few places.

The entire trip went so smoothly. We had 16 guests and both of the homes accommodated us perfectly. The host was extremely communicative and even let us push back our check out time by 2 hours at no costs. Will definitely be back and recommend these homes if you are looking to do a large Nashville trip!

We had a great stay for a business retreat. Close to downtown, tons of easy street parking. Provided lots of towels, shampoo / bodywash, rapid communication with host, coffee maker, enclosed garage for each unit. Overall excellent, would stay again.

Our two houses were exceptional! They were perfect for our 4 couples trip to Nashville! The houses were super clean with all the amenities. The bed was comfortable and the shower was amazing! Beautiful rooftops! There are lots of steps but we enjoyed the workout! Easy Uber ride to Broadway! We walked to Kroger for snacks.
