This place is 1 mile away from market commons, 3 miles away from the boardwalk, 5 miles away from Broadway at the beach, and 10 miles away from the famous marshwalk. This is a non smoking unit. Pets are not allowed. No Parties under any circumstance. Renters must be 23 or over. These are HOA rules and guidelines so there is no wiggle room.
