About this apartment rental
Unbeatable views! 14th floor ocean view condo at Myrtle Beach Resort w/ room to sleep 6. This condo features the primary bedroom with a queen size bed, the second bedroom has a full size bed and there is also a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit features a full kitchen and living room with a small dining table. The balcony and both bedroom windows have direct ocean views to enjoy. We have indoor & outdoor pools, hot tubs, lazy river, baby pool & large kids splash pad.
The balcony is right off the living area with amazing views of the Atlantic Ocean!
The kitchen is updated with stainless steal appliances and fully stocked to prepare a meal.
The living space features a new queen size pull out sleeper sofa with views of the ocean and a new dining table set.
There is one full bathroom with shower/tub combo.
The bedrooms have new furniture.
This condo does feature a pack in play crib in the unit to use if needed.
The condo is located in a gated community with 24 hour security.
This condo resort offers tons of amenities on the grounds including an onsite restaurant (hours vary by season), several outdoor and indoor pools available, fitness center, laundry room (for a fee), kids playground, basketball court, tennis court, volleyball court and of course we cannot forget direct beach access.
We also provide for the beach a cooler, chairs and an umbrella. We also have a basketball, volleyball and tennis rackets available to use in the unit.
Privately owned unit- no daily housekeeping. We provide a starter pack of TP, paper towels, soaps, etc and 2 sets of towels per guest.
This is a non-smoking property. The HOA also does not allow pets.
There are no restrictions of amenties at the resort. You have full access to all amenities in the resort.
Please opt in to travel insurance if you are unsure of your travel plans, as our cancellation policy will be binding.
You do have to pay for parking at the gate to stay at this resort. Starting January 1, 2026 the new parking rate will be $10 per day per car or $50 per month for monthly stays during the off season months.
You must be 23 years old in order to rent this unit. This is an HOA requirement and security checks this at the gate when you arrive.

I have stayed at Myrtle Beach Resorts for years staying in many different building and condos but this was one of my favorites and the price was perfect. It was equipped with many extras. I loved that they provided beach towels, pool towels and bath towels! Umbrellas, chairs, toys! The kitchen was fully equipped with extras. The one thing we were afraid of was that we were on the side right next to the campground. The first night they set off fireworks around 10 and the bedroom window was right there. This would have been great only we had just put our 2 year old to sleep. This didn’t wake her thank goodness so it worked out good. We did enjoy watching them pull campers in and out. It had a great view of the ocean. I will be staying here again.
