Improvements and prep work on this property have resulted in getting a bit of a late start in the season, but there is still time and weeks available to book your vacation! Unlike our other managed vacation properties, this home provides all bath and bed linens!
Imagine vacationing in rare, antique home built in 1875, and located in the exclusive enclave affectionately known as “Old Rexhame”, Marshfield! This 3B/1.5B gem is one of the first residences built here, and features first floor high ceilings and rooms garnished with classic period furniture. A location! This home is located on a spacious lot with lots of outdoor space and within walking distance to the beach. The house has a lot of character and I’m sure an interesting history and stories to tell. At night we could hear the waves from our window. Good WiFi if you need to work online during your stay. Every morning we ate breakfast on the shaded deck with a beautiful view of the ocean.
