Beautiful location

My initial thought was the property was adorable. However, that was short-lived seeing all of the things that needed to be fixed. The property needed a lot of work. It was a beautiful location, a cozy place however, money needed to be invested back into the property.  Floor was rotting in the kitchen. Icemaker was broken in the refrigerator. I think that’s what was causing the floor rot. Dining table was literally on its last legs as quoted in the book from the property owner. Why not put a safe table for families to use. Master bedroom was beautiful however, with no curtains in the window for 5 AM sunshine coming through was a lot. Especially since being on vacation getting up on the crack of dawn was not on my list.  the downstairs master bathroom needed work everything from the toilet paper roll or hanging off the wall to a tub with metal brackets sticking out.  the owners also could’ve invested and fix the stairs going up to the wall to access the beach. They were extremely rickety and unsafe. There were also no stairs on the alternate side leading down to the beach and we had to use the neighbors.  again you couldn’t beat the location. However, the property needs a lot of work. as quoted in the book from the property owner. Why not put a safe table and for families to use. my initial thought was the property was adorable. The responsiveness from the property owner was appreciated as there was no air conditioner in the lower level that was immediately fixed the next day, and a new one was installed.
