As a guest at the Tiffany House, you will have access to all of the building amenities which include:
-8th floor Rooftop pool with food and bar service. Enjoy stunning intercoastal views while lounging by the pool.
-Private owner’s pool for when you want to relax away from the crowd. Located on the 4th floor
-Fitness center for those who want to stay in shape while they’re . Located on the Amenities Level (3rd floor)
-Movie room to catch up on the latest movies and gather with friends and family. Located on the Amenities Level (3rd floor)
-3 Beach chairs, an umbrella and beach towels are also in the unit for your use.
-Club room on Amenities Level (3rd floor)
Prior to Check-in:
For all guests staying at the Tiffany House, the association requires guests to submit a copy of their government issued ID and complete a transient registration form before arrival. This registration formal include guest information, vehicle registration document and an acknowledgment of the condo, association, rules, and regulations
** please note that we will need this completed a minimum of 72 hours prior to check in to send over to the condominium
After booking, you will receive a link through VRBO messaging to complete the verification process.
Parking for short-term rentals (27 days or less):
Valet parking only
