Views of the beach, the intracoastal waterway and the city.
Bathrooms are fully stocked with premium amenities for your personal needs. ( just as a hotel would).
Entertainment amenities within the unit include LCD TVs, DVD players and Cable.
Guest Access - When you stay in our private residence you can pamper yourself in some of the wonderful hotel amenities, which include acess to the pool deck, containing aheated pool & whirlpool, complementary pool chairs upon availability , spa, gym, and Valet.
Interaction with Guests - A key1 specialist meets all guests for arrivals.
You are staying in our private residence with wonderful Resort amenities, which include access to the pool deck.
***ADDITIONAL PARKING / VALET ($64.20 sales and tourism taxes)
Per night - no option to self-park- AND RESORT FEES ( $54.24 sales and tourism taxes) per night - PAID UPON ARRIVAL.***

Beautiful room!! Six ladies enjoyed celebrating a birthday. Stayed for 6 nights. Lots of nearby shops and restaurants. Thank you to Derik for being a great host!!

The property itself was gorgeous! The rooms and bathrooms were beautiful, views were gorgeous and it was extremely convenient and close to the beach. I recommend the location 100%. The communication and lack of responsiveness from the Property Manager was the worst I have ever experienced. I did not have any information for a 4pm check check in on how to check in until 3:30pm. I had to call and text several times to receive a response. I was told someone would meet us in lobby at 4pm to get us checked in. We were not met until 4:45pm. We waited for 45 minutes and checked in an hour later than we were supposed to. It was beyond frustrating. Our time was not valued or respected. I requested we be granted an additional hour on our checkout time due to this inconvenience, but was told absolutely not because clearly only their time is respected, not ours. One of the three sinks in our bathrooms were clogged upon arrival and the property manager ignored several texts about the clog and then told me nothing could be done about it until we checked out. When I would try to discuss the issues with the property manager they would just continuously remind me how beautiful the condo is and what a great deal I got on it. Even though we did not book directly through the hotel, the hotel staff was extremely nice, and helped us the best that they could. If it wasn’t for the property manager, this would be the most amazing place to stay.
