The unit is exactly as described. Very spacious and clean and in a quiet laneway location, but only a short walk to Scarborough Beach Road where there are local shops and transport links if needed. The kitchen is well equipped although it would have been good to find the complimentary coffee/sugar in an obvious location before going out to buy my own! The plates, cups and cutlery were left cleaner than found, ie. they needed a wash before use. The unit is well insulated from the heat, as this was a warm week in Perth (high 20s-30) but no air-conditioning was needed.Initially parked in front of the RHS Garage but realised by its label that this was the address of the other unit, so parked parallel to the lane in front of the LHS garage and front door. It was a bit disconcerting one evening to come home to find another car parked there - I wondered was this the owner (surely not?) or just some arrogant visitor to a neighbour, there being no-where to park in the lane itself. They left later on and I moved the car to the position that had been paid for.
