Not a massive issue but the Couch was not very comfortable, everything else was great

Great location to walk to Scarborough beach. Which has restaurants bars and supermarket. Property was clean. We visited local Indian restaurant which we recommend but book ahead. Drove to Freemantle about 30 mins and daughter got a local bus to Perth CBD again about 30 mins. Enjoyed a day in Rottnest island by the ferry about 15 mins north.
Found parking a bit tight and the separate toilet doesn’t have a wash basin.
