Dunas T1 Apartment located in a quiet urbanization approximately 700 meters walking distance from "Praia da Prima and Praia da Alagoa, Altura"
It consists of a bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe and TV, living room with sofa bed, dining table, air conditioning and a small balcony, equipped kitchen, bathroom with bathtub. Located on the 1st floor (without elevator) of a 3-story building. Very quiet area, with easy parking for your car, right in front of the apartment. The village of Altura borders the extensive sandy beach and its wide dune system, offering elevated walkways that allow access to various points on the beach, as well as observing the differentiation of the dune vegetation from the interior to the seafront. The beach is immense, stretching as far as the eye can see, and the sea is calm and warm. Various beach activity facilities are offered on the beach, from a sports area to nautical recreation support. Looking eastward, the green expanse framing the sandy area becomes denser, and the village of Monte Gordo can be seen through the coastal pine forests. Capacity for up to: 4 people (1 double bed + 1 sofa bed in the living room). The property does NOT provide bed linens and bath towels; if desired, add €10 per person. The property has a fire extinguisher, fire blanket, and first aid kit; kitchen utensils in a number equivalent to the occupancy of the property; hand blender, "PINGO DOCE" capsule coffee machine, washing machine, toaster, cleaning utensils. 1 Mop, 1 Mop Bucket, 1 Broom and 1 Dustpan.
