Apartamento T1, com boa localização (pertíssimo da praia da Alagoa, Altura).
Dispõe de duas varandas para a Av. 24 de Junho, um pátio nas traseiras (partilhado com outro AP, mas com mesa e cadeiras próprias para cada um), e um lugar de estacionamento privativo (mais-valia).
AP bastante asseado, equipado com comodidades que permitem maior conforto durante a estadia (ar condicionado no quarto e na sala, wi-fi, máquina de café, máquina de lavar louça, máquina de lavar roupa, estendal, barbecue, serviço de limpeza).
Check-in e check-out sem complicações.
Anfitrião bastante atencioso, assertivo e afável.

Efetivamente localizado perto da praia, no entanto por estar no centro da animação não acho que seja aconselhável a pessoas com sono leve ou com crianças pequenas.
Terraço mostrado nas fotos é partilhado com outros apartamentos, o que não é de todo claro. Para nós não foi problema, mas deveria estar explicito desde o início.
Por fim, tivemos o azar de chegar e ter um dos estores avariado (sempre em baixo), reportámos de imediato e passou-se toda a semana sem qualquer feedback tendo nós saido ainda com a avaria e por esse motivo praticamente sem luz natural na sala durante toda a estadia.
