Welcome to The Sunny Side — a cheerful yellow mobile home in Port Clinton, Ohio, steps from Lake Erie. Ideal for boating, fishing, or exploring nearby islands, this cozy retreat offers a full kitchen, A/C, Wi-Fi, and a comfy layout for couples or families. Located across from Safe Harbor Marina and near the Jet Express, beaches, shops, and dining. Outside is a work in progress, but you're invited to enjoy the laid-back lakeside charm and be part of its story.
