Welcome to Sandstone Retreat! Private escape on 14.5 acres in the picturesque North Georgia mountains, our private home offers a serene escape for family and friends to gather. Conveniently located just 25 minutes from Downtown Chattanooga and 15 minutes from Cloudland Canyon State Park. Relax on the porch swing and take in the stunning landscape or enjoy a cup of coffee with a view of Lookout Mountain. And if you're planning to explore, we'll send you plenty of recommendations sure to excite everyone!
The space
Bedrooms
Bedrooms on the main level include blackout curtains, extra blankets, sound machines, and quality pillows for maximum comfort.
- Bedroom 1: King Bed (Master ensuite bathroom), Pack N' Play with Mattress and Sheets, Smart TV
- Bedroom 2: Queen Bed, Smart TV, Desk
- Bedroom 3: Double Bed
- Bedroom 4: Queen Bed (Upstairs with private family room)
High speed fiber internet (~ 200 mbps) is perfect for guests working during their stay.
Each full bathroom is fully stocked with toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, and tissues.
Kitchen
This fully equipped kitchen houses all the necessary cooking essentials for your stay.

The outdoor space also includes a charcoal grill and picnic area for guests looking to soak in the view of the surrounding trees and wildflowers.
Guest access
Guests can access both the front and back of the surrounding property, as well as all parts on the main and upper level of the home.
The garage/basement area will be locked and unavailable to guests.

** Lookout Mountain Trails (Cloudland Canyon State Park, Guild Trail, Glen Falls Trailhead) - 15-25 minute drive

Our home is tucked back on a quiet street with acres of trees and nature, but only minutes from local shops, cafes and diners, fast food, grocery stores, and pharmacies. It's truly your mountain escape that checks off all the boxes for the entire family! A list of recommendations provided with every stay!

Our property is located within the mountain range, and being so, have a steep and narrow driveway, with potential for rough and/or uneven terrain.
