Garden Party is a single-level home set up for families and multigenerational trips. The adults get two King suites, each with its own bathroom. The kids get two bunk rooms with 4 twin beds each. Outside there's a pool, a hot tub, a fire pit and a lawn for games, plus an outdoor table for 8 so everyone eats together.

- No 3rd-Party Bookings: Booking person must be present entire stay.

- No confetti, glitter, rose petals or taping things to walls
- No Smoking indoors or out
- No Pets
- No unapproved visitors. Unauthorized visitors will result in cancellation without refund.
- POOL: If the pool is left in a condition that requires a full drain and deep cleaning—such as murky water, excessive debris, broken glass found surrounding, or misuse—a $1,000 USD cleaning fee will apply.
