The basement level includes a full bedroom, full bathroom, lounge space, and private bar area—great for guests wanting a little extra privacy or separation.
The backyard is fully fenced and includes a covered underdeck with a ceiling fan, perfect for relaxing outdoors. A Tesla-compatible EV charger is available (guests must bring their own charging cable). High-speed Wi-Fi is included, and smart TVs are available throughout the home.
Sleeping arrangements include 5 bedrooms furnished with a mix of king and queen beds, clean linens, and ample storage. Bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and basic toiletries.
