This home overall was a nice and comfortable home away from home. It was spacious enough that everyone in our party didn't feel like they were living on top of each other and had privacy. The kitchen and dining area had enough space that my group and I were able to cook large meals and have game nights in the evening. The game room area upstairs also provided entertainment as well. My entire group loved the unique ceiling fans in the master bedroom and living room, and they were extremely efficient at cooling those spaces. Kurtis and his team provided very concise and effective information through the app related to check-in and check-out, as well as a helpful list of local places to eat. The beds were some of the most comfortable I and my group have ever slept on at a short-term rental home. The themes of all the rooms added a nice touch that made house feel lived in, which was very important to us, given that many of the short-term rentals in the area appear sterile and minimally decorated. On the first day of our stay the house lost power for 12 hours and it took us 1 hour to call the right power company. Kurtis was nice enough to send us a very large fruit plate and charcuterie package via same day delivery to make up for it. If you are sensitive to departing or arriving aircraft (7am-11pm), this might not be the place for you. Neighborhood is great though. Time sensitive phone and app communication was not the best but calls and texts were eventually returned.

The house was not clean. Sent pictures to the owner. Bed had food in it, was made up. Are I should say it was made up like my children make beds. So 100% sure they don’t wash the sheets and you are asked to leave everything on the bed. The kitchen was dirty, dirty dishes in the dishwasher, stove and oven, food in the sink. The kitchen floor had a juice spill, so they didn’t mop the floor. We pulled all bedding and wash everything, mop the entire house, and disinfected everything. Couldn’t sit in a house in this season that’s not clean. I didn’t like that the remote controls, control multiple rooms TV’s and lights. Now what I like the size and space in the house. The neighborhood was quiet, and no one was hanging outside. someone did shoot off several rounds, never saw a police nor anything that indicated a cause for alarm. I made sure we’re in early and didn’t hang outside.
