About this villa rental
Large 4 bedroom villa on the Phuket Country Club golf course, in a private gated development. Sleeps 10 persons.

All rooms have unobstructed golf course and mountain views with total privacy.
Private Pool (6mx6m) is screened off from the golf course by plants and trees. Easy to supervise young children in the pool as it is just outside the lounge.
Large master suite with 2 double beds, balcony, en-suite bathroom with deep bath, separate glass rain shower cubicle & twin basins.
Bedroom 2 has single bunk beds & balcony with rain forest view.
Bedrooms 3 & 4 occupy the top floor, double beds, ensuite shower & stunning views.
Extra inflatable bed and baby cot available. Free wifi & private parking.

7kms to Patong beach, shopping mall, cinema, bowling, & night scene.

Два замечательных месяца отдыха нашей семьи с ребенком прошли на этой вилле. Комфортный дом, просторные и светлые комнаты, с прекрасным видом на зелень и ухоженность гольф полей, с одной стороны, и красота зеленых гор с другой. Приватный бассейн с выходом из гостиной, который особенно понравился нашему ребенку. Кухня снабжена всем необходимым, спальни и ванны - необходимыми принадлежностями, а так же нас очень порадовало наличие барбекю. Каждую неделю к нам приходила милая домработница, наводила чистоту в доме. Выгодное местоположение виллы, особенно для тех, кто собирается брать в аренду автомобиль. В десяти минутах езды крупный торгово-развлекательный центр Central Festival и супермаркеты Tesco, Big-C, Macro, ночной рынок, всякого рода развлечения, но при этом уединенно и спокойно вокруг. Самый ближний пляж Патонг, но мы семьей предпочитаем разные пляжи и как раз расположение дома было в равной удаленности от них. Спасибо владельцу дома Jason Sen за гостеприимство и помощь в оперативном решении наших бытовых проблем!
