About this villa rental
Large 4 bedroom townhouse on the Phuket Country Club golf course, in a private gated development. Spread over 3 floors & sleeps 9 persons.
All rooms have unobstructed golf course and mountain views with total privacy.
Private Pool (6mx6m) is screened off from the golf course by plants and trees. Easy to supervise young children in the pool as it is just outside the lounge.
Large master suite with king & double bed, balcony, en-suite bathroom with deep bath, separate glass rain shower cubicle & twin basins.
Private chef available.
Bedroom 2 is adjoined to the master suite & shares the bathroom. It is ideal for kids to share with parents & has single bed & balcony with rain forest view.
Bedrooms 3 & 4 occupy the top floor, double beds, ensuite shower & stunning views.

Nice place. The property manager was very friendly and helpful in getting us settled in and responding to any queries. Good location away from the hustle and bustle of Patong without being too difficult to travel anywhere. Would recommend

The property is clean and tidy, but is a little walk to the main road where the shops and restaurants, probably 10 mins like it states on the information. However you would need a taxi to get to the beach as we never saw a beach when out walking. Not sure where to get taxis from, but the hoat Jason was very helpful and orderd a taxi for us to get to our next hotel. The taxi was on time, clean and freindly. There is plenty of space in the property and we even had a cards and movie night while we were there.

We had a Great time staying here and we really felt home.
Jason has been very helpful throughout our stay, starting from arranging a pick up from the airport.
I will strongly recommend this place to my friends.
The location is also easily accessible to the phuket Town and the beach, just 15 mins drive.

We came in the wet season they had a lot of rainfall, and the three-story unit leaked on every level in every room our cloths got wet and the wet tile floors are deadly when wet it's also 22 minutes to central Patong not 10 min like advertised. On a positive note, the owner was polite and friendly and speaks English and the Grab app company are like uber they great they got us taxis within minutes and took us anywhere and delivered anything.this unit is huge loads of space for big familes.
