Welcome to Atascadero's Oak Haven! Bring your family and friends to this fully remodeled and stylish 4 BR property minutes away from some of the best wineries on the Central Coast!
Amazing location, full amenities and gorgeous backyard to provide privacy and space for your whole group! And with a sleeping capacity of 11 including a separate "bunk room" you can't go wrong!
Fully remodeled 4 bedroom 2 bath:
*Master bedroom w/ King Bed and dual access en suite and direct access to the backyard.
*Two guest bedrooms
*Kids bunk house with two bunk bed (twin over twin and twin over queen)
*Fully Equipped Kitchen, Dining for 8, bar seating for 2
Fun for ALL! Amenities include:
Fire pit
Corn Hole
Gas BBQ
Game/ Bunk Room
Multiple seating areas to take in the gorgeous surroundings and warm nights

1 mile to Atascadero Lake Park and Zoo
1.5 miles to downtown Atascadero restaurants
15 miles to San Luis Obispo and Paso Robles
16 miles to Morro Bay (Beach)
20 miles to Cayucos (beach town)
Guests are expected to be respectful of surrounding neighbors at all times and must comply with the local noise ordinance. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Parking shared in driveway with studio unit rented separately. Room for up to 3 cars. Please do not block studio parking in front of the garage. Studio has private backyard but located directly next to main house backyard. No street parking allowed.
We will be available from 8am-8pm to communicate with over the platform.
We provide starter supplies for guests: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. All other supplies will need to be providing by the guests.
Internet/ TV: We have Wi-Fi set up as well as Smart TV's so you can login to all of your favorite streaming platforms. BYO Passwords
Wi-Fi and/or power outages can occur periodically in our small town and rural settings, over which we have no control.
Lawn Maintenance is on Fridays as needed.
Please remember that we are in the country, snakes and other rodents and insects are around. We do our very best to keep them as far away from the house as possible with recurring pest control from a reputable company, but they are still present at times. Your safety is very important to us. There may be wildlife on site, including bugs, both inside and out. Please leave doors closed at all times.
Must sign rental agreement upon booking and upload a copy of your legal unexpired driver's license or passport
Must submit a $500 off-platform security hold that will be collected upon signing rental agreement but it will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 3 days after departure, if no damages are reported. Deposit to be processed by host on guests credit card. Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits.
