About this house rental
This Historic Colony Home built in 1916 has been completely updated while maintaining the original character and charm, and adding a touch of fun decor! The open-concept main living area is perfect for your family and friends to stay connected while cooking, watching TV, hanging out by the fireplace, or playing games. The spacious kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook a scrumptious meal, whip up a snack, or simply have a cup of coffee in the morning. For some quiet time, retreat to one of the three cozy bedrooms, all of which have comfortable queen beds, and smart TV's for you to log in to your preferred viewing account. The primary bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The fenced, private back yard has plenty of seating and two gas barbecues for entertaining on your vacation.
Everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided: Wi-Fi, soap, shampoo and conditioner, linens and towels, hair dryer, cookware and bakeware, coffee, washer/dryer, baby high chair and pack n play, a queen-size air mattress, and more.
The home is conveniently located just off Highway 101 with San Luis Obispo, Morro Bay, and Paso Robles all being approximate 20 minute +/- drives. The Atascadero Lake Park & zoo are only a 5 minute drive!

We had a charming long weekend in the Paseo Robles region and loved the house.It was well equipped with everything we needed and extremely clean.Our favorite moments were spent on the front porch in the rocking chairs watching the world drift by.We would all definitely book this house again if we were ever back in the area!

The house was very charming and clean. Really comfortable for a group of 5 adults and 3 kids. Nice upgrades throughout (looked fully remodeled); a large lot not too close to the neighbors; plenty of parking space; overall a really pleasant stay. Plus our host was quick to respond and very helpful.

Beautiful home perfect for vacation/staycation, we almost didn't want to leave! Host was also really responsive whenever we needed anything. No complaints, we'd book it again if we were in the area.
