In the cozy bedroom, you’ll wake up to a breathtaking view of the sun-kissed mountain peaks. The bathroom has a special charm, featuring a walk-in shower, a sink, and a separate toilet.

Accordingly, we offer you three exclusive vacation apartments, all of which have been uniquely furnished in an elegant villa style. The apartments meet the highest standards to ensure you have an unforgettable vacation experience. Thanks to the small yet charming size of our house and its ideal floor plan, each vacation apartment enjoys warm sunshine from morning to night, along with the most beautiful views of the stunning mountain scenery and the sparkling Achensee. Its central location makes Villa Edelweiß the perfect starting point for hikes and mountain tours, a leisurely day of swimming at Tyrol’s most beautiful lake, access to the Karwendel-Bergbahn ski area, and direct access to cross-country ski trails right in front of our house.
In the summer, every guest can look forward to a spacious garden paradise spanning 750 m². Nestled in absolute tranquility, the garden behind the house invites you to relax in an idyllic setting and enjoy nature.
Check-in is available from 3:00 to 20:00, and check-out is from 06:00 to 10:00.
