Great place to enjoy Achensee and stay with your family!

Great apartment, very clean and well equipped. The location is really good, close to the lake and the cable car to the top of the mountain. Silvia is super friendly and a great host! Would definitely recommend, great place for families!

Nothing

Cetral heating turned off by owner it was 7 degrees and room was freezing, owner could not be found and was not there at checkout either, photos show mountain views but only if you look for glimpse of them between 2 houses. Could not use balcony as neighbour was either chain sawing or leaf blowing for hours but agin owner not there to complain to. Room was small and old fashioned needs updates. It was charged out at180 euros and wasnot worth 80. Very disappointed in room and lack of owner

Exceptional

Location is perfect, you can walk everywhere. It is right on the golf course. The appartment is very spacious and well-equipped. It is immaculate. Achensee is absolutely beautiful!

Very clean rooms with a 10min walk to the lake.

Very clean room with friendly staff.

The bathroom is split as a toilet with sink, but no mirror. A separate shower room with sink and mirro is down the hall. Both bedrooms share both of these and the setup feels a bit awkward when traveling as a group of 4 adults. Breakfast is served at a separate hotel next door and was not included in our stay - though it was advertised as included. The cost was €12 per person for breakfast.

Das 1. mal in Pertisau, perfekte Unterkunft, sehr nette Vermieterin, das Wetter war traumhaft !

Wir hatten die Ferienwohnung Smaragd gebucht, welche uns außerordentlich gut gefallen hat, modern und sehr einladend eingerichtet, mit Liebe zum Detail ! Wir haben uns bei Ankunft sofort sehr wohl gefühlt ! Die Küchenausstattung hat alles an Bord, was man benötigt - inklusive Reinigungszubehör! Der SPA Bereich mit den Fitnessräumen ist sehr funktionell eingerichtet und lässt keine Wünsche offen, alles sehr geschmackvoll mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet! Wir haben es jeden Tag genossen ! Das erste mal, das wir ein Moosbild gesehen haben...ganz toll! Die Gastgeberin Silvia ist sehr freundlich und hilsbereit und nimmt sich für Ihre Gäste Zeit und gibt sehr gute Tips, erklärt alles auf Karten und erläutert die Möglichkeiten für diverse Aktivitäten. Was will man mehr! Einfach perfekt! Der Brötchenservice war perfekt und kann sehr empfohlen werden - die Brötchen sind noch echte Handwerkskunst, frisch und schmecken sehr gut! Der Fahrstuhl im Haus ist perfekt und erleichterte den Gepäcktransport! Der Eingangsbereich und Aufenthaltsraum im Erdgeschoss ist sehr nett und einladend gestaltet und dekoriert, das hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Der Skiraum kann von außen und von innen erreicht werden, das ist auch sehr praktisch - wo auch Stühle stehen und man sich die Schuhe bequem an- und ausziehen kann !!! Wir hatten 3 sehr schöne Ski- Langlauftage bei perfekt präparierten Loipen in einer atemberaubenden Landschaft!!! Auch die Karwendelbahn können wir empfehlen für eine kleine Höhenwanderung im Sonnenschein !!!

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und gemütlich. Es liegt nur zehn Minuten zu Fuß vom Achensee entfernt. Besonders positiv aufgefallen ist uns das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können uns vorstellen, wiederzukommen.

Danke für ein traumhaftes Wochenende

Die Freundlichkeit, die Lage war passend, die Wanderwege. Die Nähe zur Seilbahn. Nicht zu weit und nicht zu nah vom Ortskern, ein hoher Erholungsfaktor. Trampolin, eine nette Nachbarskatze und paar Hasen. Es kommt auch noch eine Schaukel und eine Sauna für welche man sich einschreiben konnte. War mehr als was wir erwartet hatten, wir waren daher sehr positive über die Unterkunft. Und die Begrüßung war sehr herzlich. Eine sehr gute Apartment Ausstattung: Ein sehr gute Küche, Schlafräume, Bad und Wohnzimmer sehr schön gestaltet. Im Nachbarshaus konnte man sich ins Frühstück einbuchen, war auch super lecker. Wir waren daher sehr zufrieden, die Freundlichkeit, Sauberkeit, die Zimmer und auch die Lage hat uns überzeugt, wir werden daher gerne wieder kommen.
