Completed in 2018, this luxury thatched-roof house features approx. 145 square meters of living space
spread over two levels and offers maximum comfort for up to 6 people.
All rooms are heated by underfloor heating, providing cozy warmth. The high-quality
materials underscore the exclusive style that blends modernity with tradition.
An inviting, open-concept entryway leads to the rooms on the first floor.
The bathroom located right next to the front door features a rain shower, just like the other two bathrooms on the upper floor.
The utility room next to it features a washer-dryer, a sink, and plenty of cabinet space.
The kitchen, living, and dining areas flow seamlessly into one another. The high-quality kitchen appliances make cooking a pleasure. From the refrigerator and freezer, a wine/beverage cooler, and the easy-to-load dishwasher to the innovative kitchen island with an integrated range hood and large induction cooktops, everything is provided.
A rustic, comfortable dining area with direct access to the patio is the focal point of the house.
This is where meals are enjoyed, but it’s also a place to gather in a cozy setting with a glass of wine or to play games.
