About this house rental
Our spacious home is perfect for a family escape, inspired by the natural beauty of the Riviera Maya. It features a private pool, gym, tennis courts, and access to the community Beach Club (with consumable cover) and other nearby clubs. Ideally located near Xpu-Ha Beach, between Playa del Carmen and Tulum, and close to the attractions of Akumal, Puerto Aventuras, Tulum, cenotes, and Xcaret parks, yet peaceful and away from crowds.
A home that offers natural light, space, and comfort. It features one bedroom with a king-size bed and private bathroom, three bedrooms with queen beds and private bathrooms, and one bedroom with two twin beds that can also be used as a study. There’s an additional living area upstairs with a queen-size sofa bed, a half bathroom, a washer and dryer, a private pool, a BBQ grill, an outdoor deck and dining area, three smart TVs, Wi-Fi, and endless activities and fun nearby.
Our property in Xpu-Ha is perfectly located to help you discover the wonders of the Mexican Caribbean. Just 30 minutes away, you can visit the charming and rustic town of Tulum, known for its archaeological ruins overlooking the sea and its bohemian atmosphere full of history and culture.
Also nearby is Akumal, ideal for snorkeling with sea turtles in their natural habitat, and the Monkey Sanctuary, an unforgettable experience for nature lovers. In Puerto Aventuras, you can enjoy a cozy dolphinarium, marinas, and waterfront restaurants.
