- a well-equipped kitchen area (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave oven, hotplates, fridge),
- bathroom with bathtub,
- separate WC,
- vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, clothes hangers,
- TV,
- radiators,
- elevator,
- communal swimming pool (open from June to September).
After 10 p.m., noise pollution is not allowed.

Please note the following additional charges:
- Check-in between 9pm and midnight: 25e
- Check-in between midnight and 6am: 44e
