About this apartment rental
Rental cottage 2 places in the Ardèche in the Ibie valley between Villeneuve de Berg and Vallon Pont d'Arc.
The cottage is attached to my main house: independent entrance, independent terrace, shared swimming pool.
The cottage includes:
- a fully equipped kitchen (electric oven, gas kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, Senseo coffee maker, etc..). A sofa bed, a table with chairs, a TV connected to my free box with all the channels of the package, free wifi, ...
- a bathroom: shower and toilet
- a fridge with freezer, a washing machine, iron, ...
- a bedroom with a 140 double bed, a wardrobe, and a dresser.
- an adjacent terrace with a table and 4 chairs
- access to the communal swimming pool of 12m by 6m with salt
- a bowling alley
- a parking lot in front of the house accessible on one level
The cottage is located on a plot of 1hectare 500 in a quiet area with no neighbours, 2.4 km from Villeneuve de Berg where there are all amenities (supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars, ...) and 5km from St Maurice d'Ibie (small typical Ardèche village in stone with entertainment and restaurant), and 15km from Vallon Pont d'Arc via the Ibie valley and the half moon (known swimming spot).
The cottage is exposed to the shade so it is cool.
Ideal site for rest, cycling via the Ardèche greenways, mountain biking on the royal road or hiking, swimming in the rivers, markets and Ardèche evenings.
