About this villa rental
Pool area to be shared with the owner, who lives on the property; pool access hours are 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. No air mattresses, inflatable equipment, or objects are allowed in the water, nor are sugary drinks, meals, or snacks. Courteous and considerate behavior is required at the pool to ensure peace and quiet for the neighborhood and the owners.

Detached villa with no direct neighbors. Parking for 2 vehicles.
The owners live on the property.
The pool is located on a lot adjacent to the rented villa.
Villa located 15 minutes from the town of Aubenas, 800 meters from the village, and 1.2 km from the village bakery, which is open 6 days a week.
3-bedroom villa with 2 bathrooms, each featuring a toilet.
Very well-equipped kitchen: microwave, fridge-freezer with drawers, oven, kettle, Senseo coffee maker and traditional coffee maker, toaster, vacuum cleaner, washing machine, living room with Wi-Fi, 20-square-meter covered patio with table and chairs, 25 m² outdoor terrace with table and chairs, traditional barbecue, hammock, and lounge chairs.
Bed linens provided and beds made upon your arrival
Baby equipment: cribs, mattresses, high chair, baby bathtub.
Pets allowed with prior approval from the owner.
Books and brochures about the region.
Ping-pong table, paddles, and balls provided.
Charcoal provided for your first barbecue.
Short stays of at least 4 or 5 nights are available from late September through late March, mandatory cleaning fee of €50 to be paid upon arrival for short stays, by check or cash to the owner when the keys are handed over.

We had a lovely stay! The apartment was very nice and comfortable, with everything we needed. In a few places, it could use a small update or refresh, but overall it was well maintained. The hosts were extremely kind and welcoming, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Thank you for the great hospitality!

Very good ,the house was perfect everything was there and it was in a calm distance,,the owners are very kind and helpfull.a very nice swimmingpool with a great garden.it is in de middle of the ardeche so you cann see a lot of little villages and gorges the ardeche we had a great time we recommend this house

Un super maison, au calme derriere la maison des proprietaires. Des gens tres accueillants et discrets a la fois.En bref rien à redire,tout etait prevu jusqu'au guide decouverte et ballades en l'Ardeche.
