Please note: Smoking and the use of other drugs are prohibited throughout the entire apartment. Parties or other social gatherings are not permitted in the apartment. Between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m., please keep noise levels to a minimum out of consideration for the neighbors.



4-bed vacation apartment with shower/toilet, 2 bedrooms:

This approximately 90-square-meter vacation apartment, located right in the heart of Neuerburg, underwent extensive renovation and refurbishment in 2025. It features a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable vinyl flooring throughout the apartment, and two bedrooms. Long-term stays are also possible.
In bedroom 1, you’ll find a king-size box-spring bed measuring 180x200 cm, as well as ample storage space for your personal belongings and clothing. There is also a comfortable massage chair and a workspace with a swivel chair. There is a TV with a DVD player and an HDMI port, so you can connect your entertainment devices (e.g., Fire TV Stick, PlayStation, etc.) directly.
The bed in bedroom 2 is a queen-size bed (160x200 cm). This room also has storage space for your personal items as well as a small reading nook. Both bedrooms feature beautiful double-glazed wooden lattice windows with blinds and curtains, allowing you to darken the rooms. 
In the spacious living room, you can convert the couch into a bed for two people; there is also a cozy wingback chair available. A TV with a satellite receiver is set up on a sideboard for your entertainment. An HDMI port is also available here. You can enjoy your meals at the rustic dining table after a wonderful day on vacation.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, oven, ceramic cooktop, and range hood. Also available are various small appliances, such as a coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, etc. There is ample storage space for larger shopping trips. A variety of cooking and serving utensils are provided. The storage room offers additional space for groceries, luggage, or cases of beverages. Cleaning supplies and a vacuum cleaner are also located there. 
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub that includes a shower (showerhead and handheld shower). There is storage space for your toiletries. Towels, bath towels, and a hair dryer are provided. A washer-dryer combo and an iron are available for your use during your stay.
There is a coat rack in the spacious entryway. The apartment is stocked with various books, DVDs, board games, and puzzles.



On-site costs: All utilities are included in the price. A one-time fee of €50.00 for final cleaning is already included in the total price at the time of booking. Cancellation is not free of charge. If you cancel after booking, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the total price. A deposit of 25% of the total price is due upon booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival. In case of a no-show, the full amount is due.



Check-in is possible from 4:00 to 00:00, and check-out is from 00:00 to 10:00.
